Space Race: US takes a "time-out"
While China races ahead with its space program, aiming not only at the moon but also at Mars, the United States House of Representatives has announced (and I quote) a "time out" in NASA funding.
Ummm ... what happens when you're in a race, and one side takes a time out. Doesn't anyone remember the story of the tortoise and the hare?
