Obama sends Biden to Serbia ... and then ... Man with grenade at Serbian president's headquarters. He's not exactly popular in Serbia either:

[Further update]. In the previous post about Obama sending Biden to Serbia I speculated about where Biden could go next. I should have looked at his posted schedule. I guess Obama figured if they missed him in Belgrade, they'd have another opportunity here:
